We accept returns on all items in new and unused condition within 14 days of original purchase if there is a manufacturing defect. For all other Returns, shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer and may be subject to a restocking fee.

Loading your pack with your gear means it is no longer New and unused condition.

Currently we do not offer any repairs on our items.
