Warranty

We offer a 2-year limited warranty against product failure caused by manufacturing defects on all Evolved Supply Co. Gear.

We do offer repairs on our items. Please contact us for more info.

Returns

We accept Exchanges or returns on all items in new and unused condition within 14 days of receiving your gear if there is a manufacturing defect. For all other Returns, shipping cost is the Customers responsibility and may be subject to a restocking fee.

*Loading your pack with dirty gear means it is no longer in New and Unused condition. To make sure you have the proper fit & ride, we suggest testing it with clean gear at home before taking it into the field.*

Shipping

Evolved Supply Co. IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for packages that are lost or stolen after the tracking shows that they are delivered. Please choose our optional signature confirmation, or be prepared to take responsibility if your package is stolen from your doorstep or mailbox after the tracking shows that it is delivered.

IMPORTANT - If you refuse an international package or do not collect it from customs, the fees for return shipping are billed back to us. Any charges that we incur will be deducted from your refund.
