The Hip Belt

Took The Ranger on a 3 day trip in NorCal and it worked great! I bought the hip belt but ended up leaving it behind with my base weight being 16lbs. Loaded up with around 20lbs of gear and food/water I did around 26 miles total, was waaaay more comfortable than my framed packs with the same load. It performed great in the rain on day 2 and 3 and I would highly recommend this pack!

I haven't tried the removable hip belt yet, but they seem to be of good quality.

Love the easy attachment method. Gets the job done.

The Ranger is the all in one pack. I tore my old pack catching it on a nail and my other pack is in for repair at another maker. I ordered the Ranger for a replacement and needed it quick. Contacted ESC and told them when o needed it and, bam!, there it was. Great company. Totes well, love the load lifters, and the padded belt when needed. The Y strap is perfect for a canister carry and I did need that this trip
