We make our products where it makes sense. All of our products are designed in house at our shop here in Flagstaff, AZ and developed in the field from long distance trails around the US to the Himalayas & High Alps. We believe in going beyond just the “backyard” and developing our gear through real world adventure. All of our Backpacks, Accessories, and most Apparel are made right here in the USA. Specifically Arizona, Colorado, and California. A few of our other products are made overseas. Regardless of where we chose to manufacture a piece of gear, it all starts here at our shop in Northern Arizona and out on the trail to make sure the highest performance and quality goes into our final product. Evolved Supply Co. is Adventure Developed.

For the most part, ESC does not do custom orders, but please reach out for any possible ideas or small additions.  There are exceptions that we may consider, such as hip belt extensions.

We offer a 2-year limited warranty against product failure caused by manufacturing defects on all Evolved Supply Co. Gear.

Yes!  Please send an email to support@evolvedsupplyco.com with photos and details of the repair needed. We are a small shop and can not guarantee that all items can be repaired. If an item is repairable, we will provide you with an estimate of the cost. All shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

We accept Exchanges or returns on all items in new and unused condition within 14 days of receiving your gear if there is a manufacturing defect. For all other Returns, shipping cost is the customer's responsibility and may be subject to a restocking fee. 

• Loading your pack with dirty gear means it is no longer in New and Unused condition. To make sure you have the proper fit & ride, we suggest testing it with clean gear at home before taking it into the field.

We use USPS for most orders, but occasionally use UPS when shipping packs domestically.  Shipping costs vary depending on shipping address, weight, and size.  To get a shipping quote, place the items you are interested in your cart and go through the checkout process.  When prompted, put in your address, and you will receive a shipping quote.

Yes, we do!  We ship to most places around the world.

At this time, ESC only collects payment for shipping.  Any applicable import taxes or fees would be the responsibility of the customer, and online calculators such as SimplyDuty can be used.  We recommend contacting your import office to make preparations properly.

Most dirt and grime can be removed by simply using warm, soapy water.  Rinse with clean water to remove any residue from the soap and use a towel to dry.

Yes!  Hand wash or machine wash cold and line dry if you wish to preserve the initial sizing.  Our wool fabric is pre-shrunk; however, it will lose a small amount of length and girth if washed and dried with regular laundry.

Yes, your Mirage Sun Hoodie may pill. Wool is a natural fabric, and due to the high merino blend (96% merino, 4% spandex) we use, you may experience some pilling after washing.  This will not impact overall performance or longevity.
