We’ve teamed up with Zpacks to create an expertly designed, ultra-comfortable, and lightweight sun hoody that provides superior sun protection, breathability, and advanced moisture management, ensuring you stay cool even during the most intense outdoor activities.

Features

Our Merino Wool Blend is soft and smooth against the skin with no itchiness or transparency.
The ultralight 135 gsm material is very breathable, but still thick enough to provide miles of durability on or off trail.
Quarter length zipper allows you to regulate your body's temperature.
Hood provides protection from the sun while still allowing for air flow.
Integrated thumb holes
The sleeves provide excellent range of motion while eliminating a top shoulder seam that could rub against your backpack straps.
A gentle drop tail shape on the rear of the hoody helps provide coverage when riding a bike or reaching above your head.
The material is stretchy, allowing it to comfortably conform to your body's movements.
Wool stays warm when wet and also helps with temperature regulation in warm weather.
Moisture wicking and breathable material provides superior thermoregulation in a variety of temperature ranges.

I just took this sun hoodie out for an all day hike down in the Grand Canyon and it did not disappoint! I love this hoodie!

Pros:
Fabric is incredibly soft and comfortable!
Didn't smell at all after sweating in direct sun all day (thanks merino wool!)
All that nasty sweat dried up super quick and the hoodie never felt wet
Love the mint green color!
Hoodie is super light weight and easily stuffs into an external pocket on your pack if you want to have it still be accessible
Fabric is thin and breathable so I didn't over heat even when temperatures got into the 80s (unlike my previous REI hoodie 🥵), but kept me warm and comfortable early in the morning on the way to the trail
Kept my sensitive skin sunburn free with no sunscreen under the hoodie in full sun exposure!
Fits a curvy feminine body type very well, great design!
Half zipper is great for temperature regulation and the fabric zipper guard keeps the uncomfortable metal from touching your skin
Hood kept my hat on when the wind unexpectedly picked up
It has thumb holes!

I was so excited to see the sun hoodie in a women's cut- it hits in all the right places. Sizing is standard and I love the minty/sage green color. It's perfect if I'm feeling just a little chilly and when it's hot the hoody provides a breathable layer to keep the direct sun off of me. I love it!
